After Kristi's family headed back to the cold, the Arnells headed over to Yelapa.  HM went back to Punta de Mita for a few days then Time Out and HM spent the following weekend in Yelapa in the moorning.

Life Without Kids

The kids have been gone for almost a month now.  We are still adjusting to not having them around.  Zyon and Hunter is attending a school in Brazil for at least one semester.  They will also be in Brazil for the World Cup.  We missed them so much but also excited about the opportunity they are experiencing.  Mamae and Papai loves you so much, Zyon and Hunter

Aquaventuras Park Vallarta | Dolphin Discovery

Published by Deborah

The crew of Heavy Metal spent the day swimming with the dolphins and playing on water slides.  It was an expensive day but it was a lifetime experience and a good way for us to spend the day as a family before the kids are off to Brazil.

Marieta Islands

Published by Deborah

We spent a day at the Marieta Islands swimming at the secret beach and snorkeling around the islands.  The entrance to the secret beach is a small tunnel that is even smaller at high tide.  Rigo's mom, Suely and I took the kayak while Hunter and Rigo's dad, Ademir swam into the beach.  Rigo and Zyon stayed on HM.   The beach is much smaller than I expected but was pretty cool!  We got there early enough before the tourists so we had the place to ourselvers.

Zoological de Vallarta

Published by Deborah

We spent Zyon's birthday at Zoological de Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta Zoo.  Included in the admission package, you get a bag of food to feed most of the animals.  At the end we all got to play with some of the babies.  After the zoo, we headed to old town PV for lunch, the market, Isla Rio Cuale and the PV malecon.
